Default CAD files for instruments cutout

Where can I find free cut-out CAD files (dxf) for instruments ( 2.25 and 3.125, GRT EFIS, switches, etc...)?

Thanks!

Here is a link to my old panel in dxf
https://drive.google.com/file/d/18wD...ew?usp=sharing

It has the 3.25 instruments where you should be able to copy. The one to the right is an altimeter cutout, but not certain on the brand.

The 2.25 is easy to draw. 2.312 hole with the bolt holes on 2.625 bolt circle. I can dxf one if you need.

Vans has all their panels as well as the structure behind them (RV-12 not included) available on their web site under support. They are 3D CAD files so you will need to use your EAA membership to install Solid works so you can take advanage of this very accurate information.

I have quite a few cutouts available. Round. Round with provisions for kohlsman knobs or VSI. 3 ATI. And even versions for when using wedge lights (nulites etc...). I even have switch and circuit breaker cutouts with the index tooth. Same for various ELT heads, USB charging ports and ACS ignition/start switch. I use laser cutting so my details don't worry about minimum router diameters but can be radiused through a corner trim command in CAD.

Which CAD program or file format do you use?

Jim
