Default Looking for shared build space in SoCal

Hi all! I've been long since around RV's in the PacNW as a CFI and A&P. I think the time has finally come to build one. We just need to find the place to do it. Currently living in SoCal and based at the Hawthorne airport for work. While waiting on the list for a hanger there...looking for some sort of shared shop space to start on our -8 build. Anyone looking to sublet some of their hanger or shop for a while?
Anything between HHR and SMO would be great. Even Compton would work.

Thanks!

Default EAA Chapter 96

EAA Chapter 96 has space available in their hangar at Compton.

There are also a few empty city-owned hangars available at Torrance, if Chapter 96 doesn't work out.

How much of a hangar do you need? I have an RV going together at a box hangar at SMO but I don't think you could get your wings on yours in there.
