Default NavWorx ADS600-B with G3X installation

I need advice regarding input of altitude and squawk information via RS232 format to the ADS600-B. I have a GSU73 unit with its internal Altitude encoder and a GTX327 transponder. I have had advice on how to wire the ADS-B unit in this regard but it conflicts with the diagrams in the G3X install manual.

Can I pick up the alt/squawk info from the GTX327 RS232 OUT 1 pin (#20)
by connecting to the ADS600-B pin 33 ? OR Should
I connect the pin 33 of ADS600-B to pin 19 of the GSU73 to obtain the RS232 out 3 (GPS/ALT ENCODER) at pin 19 via a splice ?

The G3X manual shows (fig 25-2.2) the GSU73 pin 19 connected to pin 19 of the GTX327. When I looked at the connections on my transponder I can see a wire and pin to position 19.

I am using the GNS430W as position source
