Question Advice Needed

So I botched the flap spars on my -8 and had to order new ones. That was after I final drilled them to the skins.

My question is should I redrill the flanges to the skins or just run a drill through the prepunched holes on the spar flanges then dimple/csink etc and move on.

My concern is if I redrill them to the skins it will enlarge the holes in the skins. I hope that with the prepunched holes everything should just line up if I just run a drill through the prepunched holes on the spars.

Thanks in advance.

Use a reamer, then check the flaps for straightness. If they are true, I'd say good to go.
