Phoenix Area Fly-In Breakfast
Okay Az area RV-12er?s.....now that it is full swing ?SnowBird Season?; it would be cool to meet fellow aviators for breakfast in the Phoenix area.
Suggestions are needed for the best/favorite fields with good food. Please don?t be bashful (not normally a trait i?ve See in RV?ers..

Great idea, lots of options from Ryan in Tucson to Seligman NW of Prescott. Staying in the valley or heading south might be a more predictable weather wise. I know there are several 12's at Marana, maybe that is the destination?
In the valley itself I think Chandler is the best food but also busy and noisy, not so good for big groups.

Coolidge has a fly in breakfast on the first Saturday of the month that is well attended and usually has some nice antiques and warbirds in attendance. Breakfast is served from a portable kitchen. Coolidge is much more about the aircraft than the food, but I still recommend it! I would be going tomorrow except that we have a Young Eagles event planned for the same time!

I've been waiting a long time to connect with fellow AZ RV-12ers. Anybody interested in Lake Havasu as a destination. Nice long paved runway (over 8K) and a great restaurant - Hanger 24.

I?ve heard that was good....was going there last weekend, but the honey-do?s got in the way😎
Not sure how many of you are still working for a living...(wouldn?t have to plan around a weekend); but, this month is jammed. How about 2nd Sat in January...locacation to be decided by popular vote...in other words, by me based on the chow😜

AVQ (Marana NW Regional)
No tower, good restaurant, x-wind runways.

Good turnout yesterday with a handful of RVs and plenty of others. Breakfast was very good and the amount of bacon they served was almost too much (if such a thing is possible). They were already serving when I arrived at 0745.
I went back today (to check out the old Coolidge Army Airfield hangar) and caught a couple of RV-12s stopping in (one from Deer Valley and one from Glendale):
