Since you've built two, you know the first place builders learn on is the tail and so that is where you should start. Misdrilled longerons, improperly shot rivets covered up with primer, and so on. The fuselage longerons are as tricky as the 7 and many screw this up. Also, the -9 has the flap attach service bulletin so check for cracks on the wing rear spar. This should keep you occupied for a little bit.
As for value, if it flies, between $25,000 and $75,000.
