Well, sort of but not really. MK319BS is an Emhart designation. I think it is used by other rivet manufacturers besides Emhart, but it's not used by Cherry.
I believe that the Cherry equivalent of the MK319BS is the MSC32. Those are Cherry N rivets.
Note that there is an important difference between the the Emhart and Cherry rivets: The Emhart Mx3xxBS rivets are not 3/32", they are nominally 7/64" in shank diameter, and require a #35 (or so) hole. I think that the Cherry MSx3 on the other hand will go into a #40 hole.
