RV-4 Seat Belts

I do not have my seat belts as yet but do have a seat belt question.

On the RV-4 front seat belts, what does the lap belt attach to?

I have the two holes in the front seat back for the belts as shown in drawing 32 but where do the belts tie to after going through those holes?

The build manual page 8-6 says "Front seat belt and shoulder harness attach points have already been covered" but I don't see any explanation on the front lap belt attach.

I do get that the shoulder belts get tied to the roll bar.

Go look at drawing #25. Bottom rigth hand corner. It shows the front lap belt attachment
