Default Which cylinder EGT peak first

I am interested , after reading John Deakin's blog on AVWEB ,regarding the poor mixture distribution on flat four Lycoming O-360 and O-320 engines. It seems that there are a lot of factors that contribute to the variable gas/ air mixture each cylinder get on the carbureted Lycomings. Having said that ,I am sure there must be a mostly common cylinder that would reach peak EGT before the others. In all the RV's flying out there , which cylinder EGT peak first on your aircraft and what is the spread between the remaining three.

Default

1 & 2 typically run close together, and 3 & 4 the same, at least on the updraft models. The exact one that peaks first out of 3 and 4 is dependent on many factors, particularly throttle position.

Default EGT Spread

EGT Spread really should be specified in terms of fuel flow, not temperature. Absolute temperature of EGT is not necessarily all that accurate due to the sensitivity of probe location.
