Default Wings Rear Spar Aileron Bracket

I'm currently working on Section 15: Rear Spar and note that the SB-16-03-28 "fixes" an issue with the Inboard Aileron Bracket. Before I do anything really stupid (yes, I'm capable of that!) I want to verify that the Inboard Aileron Bracket in the plans is replaced by the Left Aileron Hinge Bracket as assembled in the SB, but the Outboard Aileron Bracket Assembly is constructed as normal.
Is that correct??

Default Yep

Yes, that is correct. Outboard brackets do not change.

Thanks, guys, for the verification! It looks like I'll be ordering a few AN426AD4 rivets just to make sure I don't have interference problem going forward!
