Default Form 8130 or EASA Form 1

I have a shop repaired Bendix King KX-155 Nave/Comm with glideslope that I'm going to sell (had to replace due to EASA making us all go to .833MHz radios in Europe).

It is shop repaired and it has a fresh EASA Form 1.

Is the Form 1 good to sell in the US or should I get a Form 8130? It'll cost me another $350 to get the Form 8130, but like I said already has the Form 1.

Any advice?

Thank!

JP
