Default Help - Gear Weldment bowing flange on F1004C

When I temporarily attach the landing gear mount (WD-1021-L-PC) per step 3 on page 25-3, it bends the bottom outboard flange on F-1004C out. This is occurring on both the left & right sides.

Any others seen this? If so, what did you do?

I had this exact issue. I coordinated with Vans on it. The fix was to hit that flange with a hammer to straighten it. If you want the email chain and my pictures, PM me your email.
