Default Bottom skin tip

Just put on the main bottom skin. All sorts of problems with the seat ribs deforming and not lining up.

Took the skin off, a few dabs of cyano on the flanges of the ribs where they mate with the lobster curvy bits, quickly cleco up with no skin on. Leave for 5 mins and then remove.

Solid now and easy peasy to cleco the skin on and move forward.

I do not recall any problems with the bottom skins - seat ribs.

What is cyano?

Thanks, -Dave

Superglue.

The seat ribs deformed as the cleco's went in and it was difficult to maintain alignment. Also, you have no access to that area.

Held everything in place while the skin was clecoed on

I just installed the bottom skins on both wings with no problems. I'm not sure I understand where super glue was needed --- to hold the skin to the ribs? Maybe ribs aren't fluted so they lay flat?

Cyanoacrylate - a.k.a. super glue.
