Default Locknut differences

What is the difference between an AN365-832 and an AN365-832A locknut? My plans call for the former, but my parts inventory shows the latter. Various internet searches list them together but don't explain the difference. Also, could be listed as MS21044N08, but I don't have that in my inventory either. Working on the #8 screw on the stall warning, RV12. Thanks
