I bought Foreflight today but can't seem to get restricted area numbers or details to show.

Just tap and hold inside the airspace and it will pop up

Default Check Filter Buttons
When the list pops up showing things around where you held your finger, look at the buttons on the bottom. They filter the list so you'll need to make sure it's defaulting to "All" to see the airspace items.
