I added #10 nutplates to the outboard side of the forward tooling holes in the elevators, just aft of the counterweight, as others here have done. Should permit adjustment of the balance after the tip is installed, both with and without paint.

Besides possible flutter or other issues at unusual flight regimes, are there any significant impacts in feel or handling caused by unbalanced elevators? I ask because I have been flying unpainted and thus not attempted to perfectly balance anything. Flies great but wondering if I am missing anything.
