Default Stick grip problem

I have a problem with the stick hitting the lower instrument panel with two different versions of Tosten grips; this despite cutting nearly 1.5 inches from the bottom end of the stick (which resulted in contact with the seat structure in the full up position).

Bottom line: Does anyone have experience with another brand of stick grip that will work in the RV 10 without a significant modification of the stick?

The infinity grips work well.

Have you mounted the control surfaces and rigged them? They will greatly reduce the travel of the stick.
