Default RV-4 Top Cowl Help

Do any of the RV-4 builders happen to have a picture of how they installed the air inlet ramps to the inside of their top cowls? This is kicking my butt for some reason. The two ramps supplied with my finishing kit, some what fit but I have many gaps. A picture would be a big help.

Thanks,

Ross Scroggs

I wound up adding some extra fiberglass to get the fit just right. I don't have a picture, but it is a simple process. Make sure to rough up the areas that you're laminating to. You're getting close to the RV grin.

Default I can take a photo

My top cowl is here in my garage shop and I can take a photo or two. We are headed out to friends for dinner but I can do it tomorrow AM. No problem

Default Cowl photos

Ross,
Sorry for the delay. Seasonal distractions, shopping, etc.
Here you go. The narrow outside gap should probably be closed with a few layers of glass because my baffle seal occasionally gets stuck in it. Probably better air flow too. Anyway... this is my creation
