Default Dimple firewall flange to take side skin and hinge?

Can someone verify for me that I should dimple the holes in the firewall side flanges to accept the dimpled skin and to mate to the F1413B-L shim and FF-00006B-L cowling hinge that go inboard of the firewall flange? I think it must be true, but can't find it written anywhere.....

I fabricated the hinge and shim before this step, so all is lined up as it should be. I just don't think it would be the right thing to create the firewall flange dimple when doing the actual riveting......

Yes, dimple after match drilling the cowling hinge. This is per Sterling at Vans. The plans are in error by not stating to do this.

Awesome, thanks; I assume that includes the single hole at the bottom that isn't attached to hinge?
