bolt edge distance question, please

On the RV10 tail cone section, there are two bolts that go through attachment bar support angle for the horizontal stab, the aft deck and then the longeron. I am wondering about the edge distance of the left bolt. The first picture shows the general location. The next two pictures are both of the bolt in question. I apologize the picture quality is so poor. I would be so grateful to know what others might think.

The pictures aren't showing. I remember this section I thought the edge distance was really close, but sent the pictures to Van's and they said it was ok. So might send them the pics with the same question.
