Default Formation clinic ?

I am having difficulty accessing info on the upcoming formation clinic in AR. I can't seem to get into the database to sign up. Also would like further info on costs, etc. tried sending email but no response.

Default Clinic

I'm not involved in organizing the clinic, I'm just an average guy planing to attend. So my answer is not official... Did you join the 2016 pine bluff yahoo group? I don't think you can access the database until you join. Just send a request to join to the administrator, they normally answer rather quickly. Then you should have no problems.

Good Luck,

Hope to see you there.

Thanks John for chiming in!!

Jim,
Everything John said is correct. Except for him being just an average guy.

The clinic costs $75
That includes at least three very good meals!
The hotels rooms are $70. (clinic rate)

Hope you can make it!

Just your normal docs. You'll sign a waiver when you get there.
