Default DAR question?

I have an appointment next week for aw inspection with our local FAA. Do i need to make any entries in aircraft logs, or , is the first page for them to fill in? Aircraft, engine, prop? Thanks in advance!

Redacted: I just noticed that this is the RV-12 area, and not necessarily EAB. Never mind...

Thanks, Bob K.

I would contact the FISDO in your area and pose the question to the inspector that is inspecting your build.
