Question Looking for a FAA Registration Service

Our TeenFlight program is finishing up another RV-12 and it's time to start the registration process. Our last one took several months due to them loosing parts of our paperwork and having to educate them on what a E-LSA was (I'm totally serious!). I'm sure they are not all this "untrained", but since we will be selling this plane to help fund our next build, I'm not willing to gamble on getting someone who is trained.

I've heard there are company(s) in OKC that can literally walk our paperwork through. Anybody know who they are and are they experienced with type of registration?

Thanks in advance!
