Default screw-part number

I have taken off too much lead balance weight on my elevator. I have figured out a fix but would need the E-714 screw that attaches the weight to the elevator horn to be longer. I searched the E-714 screw, I guess it must be a Vans number. Anyone know what the part number and type of screw this is so I can find a longer one??? Thanks Gary
