Default Name this part

Please help; I found these fasteners and would like to re-do my cowling using 14 of these. What are they called (for ordering purposes) and/or where can I find them? It appears to be a combination zsus fasterner and washer but they may be sold together.
Cheers,
PensacolaPilot, RV-6A

Check out Skybolt https://store.skybolt.com/vans-rv-fa...kits-c706.aspx

These that you show don't look like SB, but very similar.

Maybe not SB but looks to be a Milspec cam lock (Dzus) 1/4 turn fasterner.
