Default Flaperon torque tube

Good evening all, i'm replacing the the flaperon torque tubes and arms to get the the proper droop after talking with Sterling at Vans. I'm ready to epoxy the F1261 spacers on the torque tube but i'm not sure weather to use the West Systems or just a Permatex 5 minute epoxy.

Thanks Rod
