Default From 6 pack to ADSB compliant?

Traditional steam gauge six pack panel with mode C transponder sporting a Garmin 396 GPS for NAV, is there currently an ADSB solution that won't set me back $6,000?

Looking at the NaxVorx ADS600-EXP, looks like it will use my Mode C transponder and has a WAAS GPS.

This ADSB stuff makes my head spin..

I posted about this a few weeks ago and there is nothing simple about it. If i have to hook a pc up to make it work, its not for me!

Your comment about "I get enough EFIS at work" stuck with me. I've been toying with putting a GRT Mini into our 6, but I don't NEED it, not even 100% sure I WANT it. LOL

I'd just like to get into ADSB as economically as possible.

Either Navworx or FreeFlight will fit the bill. Or wait for the one-box solution from Appareo (maker of Stratus)..

The Navworx box is the cheapest way to get what you want.

Thanks guys.

Looks like I'll explore the NavWorx a little more.
