Exclamation RV-7A

I am very new to the rv community but very excited to find and fly one. There is a rv7 on the market that has a Subaru engine and I was wanting any input that I could find before making an offer. With that being said....I have found many cons and not many pros... Just wanted to throw out the question "has anyone had any good experience with this eppenfellner engine?"

I'm sure many will respond, but one option is buy it, install a Lycoming and sell the subi? One on here is a resident expert on the subi install. Welcome!
