Default Ray allen stick grip and VPX

Hello,

Working on m'y stick grip wiring, I saw a wire to connect to 12 v (+). Is it mandatory to connect it when we use a VPX ? I think we don't need it for the trim, but perhaps for the radio PTT switch or the two others ? I have to connect the AUto pilot control steering and also my smoke system.
I am a little confused and need some help.

In advance thank you
Sylvain

All of the switches on the stick grip should simply connect to ground. The VP-X is looking for the switch lines to be pulled down to ground. Same for PTT.
