New flap pushrod for RV-6A?
Not happy with the looks of my flap pushrods on a -6A. A search turned up an old recommendation for Van's part number VA256. (Hex pushrod for a RV-9.) Nothing comes up when I search for VA256 on "the list" at the mother ship.
What's the problem?

I have the hex pre threaded flap rod, a tool vendor sells them, cant remember the name right now.....

Avery has the extruded hex flap pushrods.
I did have to shorten mine and thread them a little deeper than they came out of the package to fit my RV6.

Flap Rod
Mark,
Use part # VA-256 not VA256 if you want the 4" flap rod from Vans, or as others have said, Avery has the 3 1/2" flap rod specified for the RV-6.

I see Avery has 3.5" length recommended for RV-6. I will order there.
