Default Nexus 7 touch screen unresponsive at altitude??

I have a 2103 version Nexus 7 that I'm running Avare on. I have the latest upgrades and it works fine on the ground but above 1000 feet the screen is unresponsive to touch. It is not totally unresponsive but it loses much of the sensitivity. I have tried the settings tab but I don't see any way to adjust this setting. Thoughts and ideas appreciated.

I have a 2012 Nexus on which I run Fltplan GO as a back-up for my Skyview. I experienced the same problem when I started running ADS-B on a connected Stratus. This is a Nexus performance problem.
I solved the problem by applying some of the remedies recommended here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...GFbQa2pK1E/pub
The decisive factor was to eliminate about 50 Apps that were hogging the processor, particularly games that are connected on internet.
Good luck!

I think I see your problem. You seem to be running a highly advanced beta version of the hardware, and the software and firmware are having a hard time catching up. I think you'll be fine, sometime early in the next century.
