Having had to ream out some valve guides lately I was interested to see if there was a correlation between oil brands and stuck valves.
If you've experienced a stuck valve please indicate what brand of oil you've been using.

You might want to add an oil change hours interval category to the poll.
20 some years ago I used to run 50 hours after installing a spin on filter. The only partially stuck valve I ever experienced was at about 50 hours for about 1.5 seconds on a take off run. Went back to 20-30 hours and never had a repeat.

Small piece of carbon stuck under a valve face will have the same symptom. Sticky valves usually don?t cure themselves.

Break out 15-50 Aeroshell? It's half synthetic, which should change deposit performance.
