plugging the leak

Can MEK be used to thin the sealant? That way the sealant would flow into the leaks when using the shop vac.

Pilot tube

There is a dry teflon lube that's used in sail boat sail tracks. If we see it's needed should work.

Tunnel wiring

No John, I used the sane two screws that hold down the wire blocks to hold down the angle. Mine blocks were bowed up in the middle allowing the wires to get rubbed by the control.

Tunnel wiring

I took the leading edge angle that I cut the wing rib, trimmed it down and added it across the bowed up wire caps to hold them down. Cured my problem.

Welded tank

Vern, We have four RV12 here in Ocala thats are being built E-AB who could use a welded tank if you deside to have some built. I would think the larger the order, the price will go down.

sport acrobatics

I Would like to do some light acrobatics in my 7A, but I'm concerned about the gyros. Has this been a problem or is there a way to turn off the vaccum and not have to worry about them? Thanks John

Motor off set

I have a trim problem on my 7A. The trim is out by a half ball. I can bring it back in with right rudder. A trim tab will take care of this, but I would rather find some other way. I'm considering...

First flight of my RV-7A

I flew my RV7A for the first Monday the 24 of Jan. I now have 15hrs on this fantastic airplane. Every thing went well except for a slight heavy left wing and I'm a little more then a half ball out....
