Yes, dimple the mating piece of the firewall. As yiou get further into the fuselage some of the things that were called out in the ealier kits are just assumed that you know what do do.

this is the tubing for the static ports which are located in the tail cone and must be run up the the pannel. Most of us use clear plastic tubing for the static lines
