STEC 60-2

Does anyone have any technical data for the STEC 60-2 Autopilot scanned in? Speciffically looking for a wiring diagram and a troubleshooting guide.

So if you use the recesses for the wing nav/strobe and use only a position light in the tail, does that mean you are not legal for night/IFR? I guess I thought the position light in the tail gave...

Also be careful around the corners. If the cage does not sit squarely on material on top/bottom/left and right, you can get a deeper hole than intended. I find that just a slight wiggle of the cage...

Here is the story for mags - not sure about electronic ignitions.

It is not unusual for the plugs in a properly timed engine to last TBO so long as they are cleaned, rotated, and have the gap set...

Lost in Shipment

I am sad to report the traveling drill bushing was lost in shipment. It was shipped exactly like I would have shipped it, but the envelop failed in the harsh postal system and the drill bushing...

And watch the torque

I had to file mine down just a little, but also watch out that you don't torque the nut on the bolt that goes through the block and tube too much as it will distort the tube.
