front & rear bulkheads - they stay together as a set.
Sounds like your splice plates were matched drilled to some other...

well I'm referring to the edge distance of W-306C.
If your spacer material came 1 1/4 " that's what the plan call out
for, and they leave the rivet space distance up to the builder.

I made them the same height as the W-306C bar - 1 1/2"
Not sure if it matters, they are spacers.

The edge distance is most important.

I'm getting a drop of about 250 rpm
from both to EI only
No miss, idles 750 rpm w/ both
will only idle 400 rpm w/ EI...

Threaded case plugs

Case has been overhauled.
What is the recommended sealant if any for the threaded plugs
that were removed.
