Hi Dave... Thanks for the reply and that is very helpful. I thought I had the latest plans "34 Revision 4 02/29/16" and it clearly is labeled 07/64. I took a photo and I cannot attach it here.

It says to final drill the struts on one end 07/64 and the other end 03/8.

7/64 is much smaller than the opening on the gas tube side which is...
