G3X Red X's slow to disappear or never

I have a single screen G3X and when the battery switch is turned on about 30% of the time the screen "boots up" normally. The rest of the time it takes an inordinate amount of time for the RED X's...

Prop governor bracket for 0-540

Any RV-10 builders know the Vans part number for the prop governor bracket that goes on a I/0-540 widedeck engine with a MT governor? If so, please let me know.

Wide deck or narrow deck?

Is a Lycoming 0-540E4B5 (SN L-17939-40A) a wide deck or narrow deck engine? Need to know for prop governor drive ratio.

I finally threw in the towel

And went conventional mags. I love my 4 cylinder Pmags, but six years of "next month" did it. I wish them the best of luck.

I have installed the GDU 370 as a stand alone PFD/MFD with the following components: ADHARS; Engine Monitor, OAT, Magnetometer and Angle of Attack. I did get the configuration module.

Based on your past accomplishments and your apparent drive I say you can build an RV. You may need help sometimes, but finding it shouldn't be a problem. It'll be easier than "flying the bag."

I used fiberglass on mine. Both on the panels and the backing plate. No rivets to show. Used Click Bond. Cut the holes with a Drimmel and file. Used five layers of glass for the backing plates...
