One quart of West Systems with 206 hardener, small 410 micro filler and small bag of flox will get you through. I did a 7 with these quantities and even filled in the stab and elevator caps.

Graphite powder

I bought a can of West Systems graphite powder. Great for coloring and maybe a little added strength. Very handy when doing to wind screen glass. Doesn't take much to color the epoxy.

I have the PPS on my 7 with IO390. I posted earlier when I had about 60 hours on it. I now have near 200 and the PPS has functioned perfectly.

Heat shield inside

The reason for polishing the firewalls we twofold. 1) Looks better than unprepared stainless and 2) Very easy to clean if needed.
