Question Do I need an AN Spacer for all firewall penetrations?

I am about to install an AN807-4D through my firewall for the Manifold Pressure line. Does this require an AN Spacer? my bigger question I guess is when does an AN fitting need a spacer?

Thanks Guys. I like the idea of a switch instead of a relay but I think the whole point of using the relay was to get the power line that you could not shut off out of the cockpit right?

The Aux alt relay going to the diode was a mistake, it should look like the starter contactor circuit. Also, all LED's have internal current limiting resistors.

What is your opinion...

Advanced Flight EFIS Fuse Size Question...

For those of you running AFS EFIS's what size fuse did you use? The fuse size recommendation in the manual suggests 3A but the load shows 2.5A. Isn't that cutting it kind of close?
