It depends on what you are installing

For example if you are installing Dynon with an ADHRS sitting in the tailcone behind the the luggage bulkhead, the best position is directly under the HS on the tailcone.

You can easily do it with a homebuilt manometer that you connect to the pitot tube with piece of soft tubing. If it is a Dynon pitot make sure to close off the two small de-icing holes on the bottom...

I agree fully with Dan as I have the same problem. It is squirting a few drops of fuel about every 30 minutes or so, until it reaches a level below the vent line exit point.

Test the sender

Test the sender first by putting it in a cup of boiling water - you should get 212 F or close to that. Remember to ground it while in the cup. I had two of them do the same on two different aircraft....
