Have you tried turning the mount upside down and rotating it?

Best I can tell from the records I got with it, it was originally signed off with it installed. The little bit I have flown it, the tanks burn down evenly.

Panel finished

Finally finished the new panel. Complete rewire of the aircraft, made new panel and moved it forward about eight inches, new breaker panel and new switches.
