You might have luck with a company that regularly prints architectural plans.

They can print with color and may have a better price point.

fuel vent

I am not real keen on having an open fuel vent into the cabin. Overboard would be best.

I will let you know what I have on mine because the upper skin is not attached and the tank is loose.

Mine is a restoration...wings rebuilt after a previous owner left them is sad shape. I am rebuilding the flaps now.
