I got to do some riveting on a King-Air yesterday

Always loved those.

I have always been intrigued by the BD-5. BD Micro sales a pre-drilled kit. They also have the Solar Turbines. I thought it would be a great little commuter plane. Of course the wife thinks any...

Reply to Andy,

We dumped the cabin at 10,000 and released the switch at 12.5. No we weren't wearing O2 masks. Our rules don't require it until 14k. Normally this would have been a non issue. I...

One more thing.

I forgot to add the reason why the cabin stayed at 16,500. For whatever reason, the dump valve stayed open after we tested it. After landing the mechanics tested it and it worked fine.

Why did you build a 9 instead of a 7?

I am still looking, and personally think a 4 would be a better fit for me. The wife on the other hand would be more comfortable in a 7/9. I was just wondering what drew you to the 9.
