Sling

Sling kits seem expensive to me. The sling TSI comes out more expensive than an RV10 and is really a 2+2. Much smaller inside and slower etc. The sling high wing has a fibreglass fuselage and is...

Different Engine

I wonder if Vans might consider at least designing the possibility of using a non- Lycoming engine. If they are doing a 4 seater high wing the UL Power 520 T seems like a interesting option. It...

In Europe Jet A is about 1/3 the price of a avgas and 1/2 price of mogas. So if the engine was close in price to a Io 540 there would be a decent increase in market for both the engine and RV10ís I...

Fuel

The problem with the lycoming is it only burns LL100. The ULpower burns Mogas with up to 15% ethanol. In Europe that saves you about $3.50 a gallon.
