In my case I followed a combination of Bob Nuckolls and manufacturer's recommendations for grounds and ended up with 16 A max on the subpanel tabs.

M27500/16 versus /18 insulation diameter.

injector drivers

Depends on one's definition of "signal". To me, signal would be something like low current TTL whereas the open collector injector drivers switch the injector coils to ground.

They go on a -6 no problem... just can't use the locating tabs that work for the pre-punched -7/9/14... a trivial inconvenience.

Keep in mind there are two pumps and two ECUs but only one set of injectors and they do not receive power from the ECUs. An injector power source must be included.

Unfortunately, the printed plastic part is not airworthy. It's for assembly fit check only. Flight parts would be metal, I'm thinking 17-4 H1150 for example.
