Challenge with a rivet due to SB 16-3-28

So as I was building my wing I went ahead and did the work of attaching the aileron doublers detailed in SB 16-3-28 proactively. However the added left small doubler is nearly covering a rivet hole...

Blind rivet nosepiece replacements

When pulling some CCR-246SS-3-2 rivets, the stem got stuck in my hand pull rivet tool. Can?t seem to get it out.
