ALT PROBLEM

If the problem persist, I suggest removing the alternator and make a new
crimp on the F-connector. Put silicon on so the wire can´t vibrate.

This way you can work your way to the final size 0.4995.
But I'm sure it will work just fine with a standard
0,4995 reamer.

The low pich stop limits the blade angle.
