Tug fabrication tips/bracket ideas?

The hangar is getting new concrete and they are suggesting vapor barrier and then apparently spray foam 2" insulation under slab, 2" foam along door foundation wall 4' deep.

There is no water or gas...

I believe i have 4-6 in fues, and vs etc has one or two each side. Anywhere that can hold trapped water must have drain. Its not like swiss cheese, just a couple along as part of MDRA certification.

In Canada we have to drill a hole in each section at the low point to pass inspection. Easy to do, just dont clip a rib. :-)
