My tosten stick barely hits the panel as it gets to full stick forward. The elevator has hit the stops just before. Thought about doing something about it but not sure what it would achieve.

And I do not use flaps on departure. Early on, I evaluated this for my local conditions (really thick air at 20’ MSL) and did not note a need. If you were in thinner air, might be a good idea.
